Building a West System kit
Start with 105 resin (quart, 0.98 gallon, 4.35 gallon) and pick the hardener by shop temperature and finish. 205 fast is for cool conditions, 206 slow buys working time when the shop is hot, and 207 special clear is the one for bright finish over wood. The 300 mini pump set meters resin and hardener so you are not measuring by eye.
Fillers change what the mixed epoxy does. 406 colloidal silica thickens for bonding, 403 microfibers for high strength gap filling, 404 high density for hardware bonding, 405 filleting blend for fillets in wood, and 407 low density or 410 Microlight for fairing that sands back easily. Six10 is the thickened adhesive in a cartridge.
