RV Fiberglass & Delamination Repair Kits

Two kits cover the two ways a fiberglass RV wall fails. A wall that has bubbled or gone wavy with no break in the surface has delaminated and needs adhesive behind the skin. A cracked, holed or broken panel needs new glass and resin. Tell them apart by pressing on it: lifted skin moves under your hand, broken glass has an edge you can feel.

RV Delamination Repair Kit

For a bubbled, wavy or loose sidewall. Thin 2:1 epoxy, large injection syringes with tubing and graduated mixing tubs, in sizes for about 12, 24 or 48 square feet of loose skin. See the RV Delamination Repair Kit.

RV & Camper Fiberglass Repair Kit

For a cracked end cap, a holed sidewall or a broken corner. A quart of polyester layup resin and a quart of white gelcoat with MEKP, chopped strand mat, cloth, fumed silica, surfacing wax and tools, enough for about 2 square feet of built-up patch. See the RV & Camper Fiberglass Repair Kit.
