Measure it, then mix it

Mix ratio is where most resin failures start. Graduated polypropylene cups in 1, 2, 6.5 and 8 oz let you read the ratio off the wall of the cup instead of guessing, and the 1-1 resin ratio pump doses one ounce per stroke for a shop running a 1:1 system all day.

For polyester, the 16 oz MEKP catalyst dispenser bottle meters catalyst in small increments, which matters because MEKP is dosed in cc per quart, not by eye. Plain pint, quart and 2.5 quart cups and 32 or 83 oz paper tubs handle bulk batches. Use a stir stick for small work and the 16 inch steel power mixer or a drill paddle past a quart.
