Mold Release Wedges
Pop the part, save the mold
Start soft and work up. The pink flexible wedge goes in first at the flange to break the seal without leaving a mark, the green medium flex wedge follows to hold the gap open, and the rigid white wedge is the one you drive when a part is genuinely stuck. Sizes run 4 by 1-1/4 inch, 6 by 2-1/4 inch and 10 by 1-3/4 inch.
The air injection wedges, which ship with air guns, put shop air between the part and the tool and lift the whole surface at once instead of levering on one corner. That is the difference between a clean release and a gouge you have to re-gelcoat. Keep screwdrivers off a mold flange.
