Two ways to fair. The Boat Suppliers fairing compound comes in 1 quart, 1 gallon and 4 gallon, and Pettit EZ-Fair is a two part epoxy fairing compound in a 250 ml or quart size.

Fairing compound fills and shapes, it does not add strength, so it goes on over a sound laminate after the structural work is finished and gets sanded back to a fair line rather than built up to carry load. Mix only what you can spread before it starts to go off, and pull it with a long board instead of a short block if you want the curve to end up actually fair.
