Density is the decision on pour foam

Two part urethane pour foam from Boat Suppliers and Hi-Bond in 2 quart and 2 gallon kits, plus Coremat and Coremat Xi bulking mat in 2 mm and 4 mm at 39.37 inch wide, cut by the yard or sold as a 43 yard roll.

The density number is what you are choosing between. The 2 lb kits are the flotation and void filling option, the 4 lb is for where the foam has to carry load. Both kick quickly once the two parts meet, so mix only what you can pour. Coremat is the other half of the aisle, a bulking mat that adds thickness between plies without much weight, and it drinks more resin than cloth does.
