Fiberglass Roller Starter Kit (Corner, Radius & Standard)

Three rollers because one shape does not reach everything. A standard roller consolidates the flats, a radius roller follows a cove, and a corner roller gets down into an inside angle where the other two bridge and leave air. Buying them together is how you stop skipping the corners, which is where tabbing fails.

• Standard roller. Flats and gentle curves, the bulk of any laminate.
• Radius roller. Coves and rounded transitions where a flat roller only touches the high points.
• Corner roller. Inside angles, stringer and bulkhead tabbing, fillet joints.
• Work in that order. Field first, then transitions, then corners, before the resin starts to gel.

Drop all three in acetone the moment you are done. Cured resin in the grooves turns a roller into a squeegee that drags cloth instead of pulling air.
