Wiping Cloths - 2 lb Bag of Rags, White Cotton

Fiberglass work burns through rags, and paper towels fall apart the moment acetone hits them. These are white cotton knit wiping cloths, the same recycled t-shirt material every boatyard keeps by the resin bench: soft enough for a wipe down before gelcoat, absorbent enough for drips and spills, and tough enough to scrub cured drops off a tool with solvent.

• Low lint compared to woven scraps, safe for pre-paint and pre-gelcoat solvent wipes
• Holds up to acetone, styrene, and lacquer thinner without shredding

Shop uses: acetone wipe downs before bonding or gelcoat, cleaning laminating tools and mixing gear before the batch kicks, wiping squeeze out on epoxy glue ups, staging drips under cans and cups, and general bench cleanup.

Safety note: rags wet with resin, catalyst, or solvent can self-heat in a pile. Spread them flat to dry outdoors or soak in water before disposal.
