This cloth is the popular 2x2 TWILL weave pattern that is common for many cosmetic carbon fiber parts.

This fabric contains a VEIL stabilizer on the back side which holds the weave of the cloth together when cutting complex shapes. This allows you to cut diagonal across the weave without the fibers coming apart.
