Air Injection Wedges (includes air guns)

Heavy-duty air injection wedges are for the stubborn part that will not come off the mold with ordinary wedges. Set one in the parting line, blow air through its built-in 1/4 in NPT port, and let the pressure push the part off the tooling.

Which size to order

The 7 in x 3-1/4 in wedge has the air gun already installed, ready to connect to shop air. Every size has the 1/4 in NPT port, so choose by your flange and how much gap you need to open. On new or delicate tooling, start with the softer green medium-flex wedges.
