Rub rail profiles and insert sizes

Measure the boat's perimeter and the existing rail profile before ordering. Kits come in 50 and 70 ft lengths in flexible, semi-rigid and SuproFlex 1-19/32 in styles, sized by base width and height (1-1/16 x 1-7/8, 1-3/8 x 1-7/8, 1-1/2 in), and the profile has to match the hull to deck joint you are covering.

The insert is the wear part. If the base track is still sound, a new white or black vinyl insert in 3/4, 1 or 1-3/16 in freshens the rail without pulling the base off. Order end caps to match the rail size, 1-9/16 in or 2 in, since the cap keeps water out of the open end.
