Sierra 18-8219 is a bellows and transom seal kit for MerCruiser Bravo One, Two and Three stern drives from 1998 on (serial 0B664190 and up) and Blackhawk drives from 1994 to 1995 (serial 0D469859 and up). It crosses to MerCruiser 8M0095485 and 30-803100T1 and comes with a sealed gimbal bearing.

The kit includes the U-joint, exhaust and shift cable bellows, the exhaust tube, the outdrive gasket set, the gimbal bearing and the water intake hose. Follow your MerCruiser service manual for bellows adhesive, sealants and torque.
