Sierra 18-8206-1 is a complete bellows and transom seal kit for MerCruiser Alpha One Gen II stern drives from 1991 to present with serial number 0D469859 and up. It crosses to MerCruiser kit 30-803099T1 and comes with a greasable gimbal bearing.

The kit covers the parts that come apart when the drive is off: drive, exhaust and shift cable bellows, the gimbal bearing, a bellows clamp, bell housing and outdrive mounting gaskets, O-rings, hose clamps and the water intake hose. Follow your MerCruiser service manual for bellows adhesive, sealants and torque.

Check the serial number on your drive before you order. Sierra 18-8218 is the same application with a sealed gimbal bearing.
