Divinycell H Contoured PVC Foam Core - 32 x 48 in Scored Sheet

Divinycell H is the closed cell PVC foam core boat builders and repair shops use to rebuild decks, hulls and hatches. This contoured sheet is scored into small square blocks held together by a fiberglass scrim, so one 32 x 48 in sheet bends to follow a crowned deck, a hull side or a curved hatch without kerfing it yourself.

• Sheet: 32 x 48 in, about 10.7 sq ft, scored blocks on a fiberglass scrim.
• Thicknesses: 3, 4 and 5 mm for thin skins, kayaks and curved panels. 1/2, 3/4 and 1 in for decks, cockpit soles and hull repairs. Match the thickness of the core you cut out.
• Material: Divinycell H series closed cell PVC foam. It does not rot and takes on very little water if a skin is breached.
• Resins: bonds with epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester.
• Bedding: press it into a bed of thickened resin (resin with fumed silica and microballoons) so every block and joint fills and bonds.
• Cutting: a utility knife follows the scored joints; any fine tooth saw cuts across the blocks.
