Boat Dehumidifiers
Powered dryers versus moisture absorbers
Two approaches, and which one works depends on power. The Davis Air-Dryr is an electric unit sized for 500 or 1000 cubic feet that warms the air slightly so condensation never forms, and it needs shore power. Starbrite No Damp products are passive desiccant, in a dome, a hanging bag or a 12 or 36 oz bucket.
Match the unit to the space and to whether the boat has power on the hard. A closed cabin with no dock power is an absorber job, and you will go through them, so buy more than one. Ventilation still does most of the work; a dehumidifier in a sealed cabin is fighting a leak you have not found yet.
