Pol-Ease 2300 Mold Release Spray

Pol-Ease 2300 is a multi-purpose, silicone-based aerosol release. Use it on a sealed or non-porous model when you pour polyurethane rubber or plastic molds, and on a cured urethane mold when you cast parts in it.

• No drying time. Spray it on, brush it out and pour.
• Especially effective on urethane rubber molds and elastomer tooling, where wax performs poorly.
• Releases polyurethane plastics, rubber and epoxy cast in a cured urethane mold. Not for liquid silicone rubber, which it can inhibit or stick to.
• Spray, then brush out with a soft brush for an even coat.

It is a silicone release, so wash cast parts with detergent and water before you paint, stain or finish them.
