Tongue Depressor Stir Sticks - 50 Pack

These birch stir sticks, about 6 in long, are for mixing small batches in 1 oz to 8 oz cups: a few ounces of epoxy, a tinted batch of gelcoat, pigment going into a sample, or MEKP stirred into a cup of polyester resin. A full-size paint paddle is too long for a cup that small and slings resin when you lift it out.

One stick per batch

The birch is untreated, with no coating to get into the mix, and the smooth rounded ends reach the corner where the cup wall meets the floor. Scrape that corner and the walls as you stir, since resin left unmixed there is how a small batch stays soft. Then toss the stick out with the cup.
