Surfboard Ding Repair Kit - Silmar 249 Pint with MEKP + 4oz Cloth

Real glass-shop resin instead of a paste tube. A full pint of Silmar 249A water clear surfboard resin with MEKP catalyst, a yard of 4 oz E cloth at 30 in, and cups and sticks to mix it. That is enough material for a season of dings, and because it is the same resin the glass shops run, the repair sands clear and blends instead of showing as a patch.

• Silmar 249A, 1 pint. Water clear laminating polyester resin.
• MEKP catalyst included. Polyester takes MEKP, not epoxy hardener.
• 4 oz E cloth, 1 yard at 30 in. Light finish cloth that wets out clear.
• Mixing cups and stir sticks.
• Polyester boards only. Polyester resin attacks EPS foam, so use an epoxy ding kit on EPS and epoxy boards.

Work outdoors or with ventilation and a P100 with organic vapor cartridges. Styrene fumes are the part people underestimate.
