Nap length sets the film

Two covers, two finishes. The Glasskoter R101F red mohair is a short nap that lays down a thin, even film, which is what you want on gelcoat and topside paint where texture shows. The R201F white cover at 3/8 inch nap holds more material and is the better choice for rolling resin into cloth or coating a rough surface.

Both come in 3, 4 and 7 inch and match the Corona frames in the same sizes, so the small sizes reach into a bilge or a locker. Use a cover made for resin: a hardware store cover can shed nap into a wet layup and you spend the next hour picking fibers out of the laminate.
