Three 12 in x 12 in squares of 5.7oz 3K 2x2 twill carbon fiber, the classic maker format. Squares are the right shape for small-batch work: no wrestling a yard of fabric to cut three patches, and no waste when the project is a knife scale or a phone-size panel.

Taped edges, oversize cut: every cut edge is sealed with our blue cut tape so the weave arrives fray-free, and we cut 1 inch beyond the stated size so the advertised measurement is all clean fabric. Trim the taped border during layup and you lose nothing.

Ships flat in a rigid mailer with a chipboard stiffener, never rolled and never folded, so every square lays out dead flat on the bench.

Right size for: knife scales and handle layups, EDC wallets and trays, small molds, drone plates, resin art backing, and school or shop class layup projects. One square wetted out with about 3oz of mixed epoxy makes a rigid 12 x 12 test panel.
