Gluvit Epoxy Waterproof Sealer

Gluvit is a brush-on epoxy sealer for the leaks that are not worth a full rebuild: weeping rivets on an aluminum jon boat, a hairline seam that seeps, pinholes in an old hull. It flows into the crack rather than bridging over it, and it stays flexible enough to move with the hull instead of cracking off the first time the boat pounds.

Surface prep is everything on aluminum. Get the oxide off and the surface clean and dry before you brush, because epoxy over oxidized aluminum lets go and takes the repair with it.
