Drop-forged steel shears for reinforcement fabric. Glass and carbon are abrasive and they dull ordinary scissors in a hurry, and a dull blade pushes the weave out of shape instead of cutting it. These hold an edge through real cut lists, and when they finally go dull you sharpen them rather than replace them.
