Divinycell H plain sheet is rigid closed cell PVC foam core for flat work: deck and cockpit sole repairs, bulkheads, hatch lids, and any panel that needs stiffness without weight. We sell it as 2 x 4 ft panels cut from full sheets, so it ships by parcel instead of truck freight.

Panel: 2 x 4 ft, 8 sq ft. The full sheet option is a 4 x 8 ft sheet cut into four 2 x 4 ft panels and packed together.
Thicknesses: 1/8 and 1/4 in for thin stiffeners and panels. 1/2, 3/4 and 1 in for decks, soles and bulkheads.
Material: Divinycell H series closed cell PVC foam. It does not rot and takes on very little water if a skin is breached.
Resins: bonds with epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester.
Working it: cuts and shapes with ordinary woodworking tools. Bed it in thickened resin and scuff the surface before you glass over it.
