Mil thickness and deck width

Two numbers decide this: thickness and width. MariDeck 34 mil is the lighter, easier to handle sheet and comes 6 foot and 8.5 foot wide. The 80 mil has the heavier wear layer for a deck that takes chairs, coolers and dogs, and comes 8.5 foot wide. Woven vinyl from MariDeck Ultra FV and Lancer reads as a texture, not a smooth sheet.

Measure the deck width first. A pontoon wider than 8.5 feet takes a seam no matter what you buy, and it is easier to hide that seam under a furniture base than down the middle. Colors run Sand, Granite, Willow Brown and Premier Sand on MariDeck, and numbered greys and tans on Lancer.
